Terms of Business.

We like to keep things simple at Moray Campers so we can concentrate on making brilliant vehicles for you to enjoy.

You’ll get attention to detail, great customer service, quality workmanship and good people and we expect decent behaviour from you in return.

BOOKING

  1. When we call or e-mail to confirm your job booking, please make yourself available and understand we can be extremely busy and will require you to book at least a few months in advance.

  2. We’ll run through everything together but it is up to you to give us written or verbal approval that everything is correct before paying a deposit as your money is your commitment.

DEPOSITS

  1. The deposit amount for your work will be fully outlined in a quote, or verbally communicated with you prior to booking

  2. Deposits must be paid before we book in your vehicle or we cannot move forward.

  3. Deposits are not fully refundable, if you choose to cancel a booked job we reserve the right to charge for the return of parts to a supplier or charge for parts we cannot return, and also charge for the office time needed for paperwork.

CHANGES

  1. Any changes you would like to make after a deposit is agreed will result in a price adjustment.

  2. Changes cannot be made while you’re vehicle is undergoing the work.

BALANCES

  1. Any remaining balance must be paid on the date of completion or we will not hand over the keys or allow you to collect your vehicle. 

  2. All vehicles remain with Moray Campers until your account is paid in full.

  3. Failure to settle any outstanding amounts within 14 calendar days of completion gives us the right to sell your vehicle and retain your initial deposit. 

TERM AMENDMENTS

  1. From time to time, we may at our sole discretion make changes to these terms.

  2. We, Moray Campers Ltd and you the customer, will abide by these terms on the day your deposit is made. Any changes made after the event will not be backdated to your order but will apply to new orders going forward.

ONE YEAR INSTALLATION GUARANTEE

All of our repairs, upgrades and conversions are built to last and come with a one year installation guarantee provided Moray Campers install the parts.

What it does include

  1. Any damage while repairing, upgrading, or converting your vehicle

  2. Cracked glass or perspex during installation

  3. Torn or stained Fabric or Upholstery that is being repaired, upgraded or installed by us

  4. Repairing a leaky roof or window

What it does not include

We’ll always be able to help fix our workmanship but we will need to charge you for our time if any of the following occur;

  1. You choose to install, adjust or tweak any parts yourself and there is damage to materials, electrics or gas that need rectifying.

  2. A friend, a foe, a child of the two legged or four legged kind has damaged your vehicle and it needs repair.

  3. A ball, bat, car, tool or other significant item has taken objection to your shiny new vehicle and we need to fix up the issue.
